This Group Past Life Regression can be a fun event to share with friends or family, at get-togethers, parties, Christmas events and Hen dos, and involves some relaxation and visualisation to get the group into a very light hypnotic state. In this state, one is able to access information from previous lives.  At the end of the session is a fun visualisation game to play with the group. Groups of any size can take part but the recommended group size is from 4 - 10 people. (Please note, this experience is not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age.)

The recording lasts around 47 mins, but the session should take between 1.5 - 2 hours** to complete, to include time to write down your experiences and share with the group if you wish.  (**Larger groups will require more time.)
