Terms of Service
These terms govern the access and use of this website and its offered services. Services are offered subject to acceptance, without modification, of all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including without limitation the Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time by Sharon Mason QHHT.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use our services.

POLICIES & DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of users (those who have booked services) to read the Medical Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Client Preparation Information provided by Sharon Mason QHHT.

SERVICE CONDITIONS
Services shall not be provided at the time booked if the following conditions have not been fulfilled:

Payment completed at least 48 hours before treatment

Client form & Questions form completed at least 48 hours before treatment

Correct equipment and facilities in place and tested before online treatment can take place

PAYMENT
Payment received for Quantum Healing Hypnosis treatment is for Sharon Mason's time as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner.

CANCELLATION
If for any reason a client is unable to attend their booked session, they are able to reschedule at least 24 hours before their booking for no charge. If changes are made to booking times within the 24 hour period, a charge of 50% of the treatment fee will be made for re-booking a session.

TREATMENT SUCCESS
The success of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis treatment, entity release and past life regression is based around the client's willingness to relax and push their conscious mind to the side.

AUDIO USE
Sharon Mason reserves the Right to take anonymised audio clips (containing no personal information or identifying information) from recorded sessions to use in Sharon Mason QHHT YouTube channel videos, if Sharon Mason deems it useful and appropriate to do so, and feels it would be of benefit for future clients. Clients may opt out of having session clips used, by marking their preference within the Client Form.

AFFILIATE LINKS
Full responsibility for any products purchased from any Affiliated links on the SharonMason.co.uk website is taken by the affiliate company and not by Sharon Mason QHHT.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Any digital products purchased from Sharon Mason QHHT are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. If the customer is not happy with any purchase they should contact Sharon Mason QHHT for a full refund.

Digital Booklets purchased from Sharon Mason QHHT remain the intellectual property of Sharon Mason and may not be copied, republished or sold on to any 3rd Party.
