QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and SCHH (Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis) are powerful techniques which aid physical, spiritual and emotional healing utilising the deepest Theta brain-wave state of hypnosis.
These techniques can alleviate and in many cases completely release all kinds of physical ailments, conditions, and emotional trauma. They can also help with grief, guilt, forgiveness, and in repairing relationships. The technique also releases any spiritual attachments, including demonic attachments. About Quantum Healing QHHT & SCHH
The QHHT technique was developed by Dolores Cannon, who was a self-described ‘past life regressionist’ and hypnotherapist, who wrote many books about her sessions and experiences, of which the most popular include: The Custodians, The Convoluted Universe series, and Five Lives Remembered. (This technique concentrates on healing through past life regression, which is also included in the SCHH session.)

SCHH is a further technique to QHHT which was developed by practitioner Laura Whitworth, which can be practised online or face-to-face, and along with Past Life Regression also involves entity removal or release. A Quantum Healing session is one of the most life-changing experiences you are ever likely to have. The technique works by accessing a powerful part of the subconscious to give appropriate life guidance, and remarkable physical and emotional healing. The minimum age for this technique is 16 years - although younger children will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and surrogate sessions for children and vulnerable adults are available, using an adult surrogate for the hypnosis session. Sharon Mason - About me
I am a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, and am also a Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) and Entity Release practitioner. I was encouraged and eager to learn QHHT after having experienced its transformational effects for myself in 2019. I had been left with multiple physical conditions and food intolerances after cancer treatment in 2016, and after one session of QHHT, these conditions completely and immediately disappeared. I believe in Quantum Healing to such a degree that I am now passionately taking it forward as a career to help others to heal and support their spiritual awakening and ascension.

The SCHH (Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis) method enables me to conduct online sessions to include Entity Release / Spirit Releasement techniques - I also conduct treatments in person which is preferable but not required.
​
I have also gained Diplomas in Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, and Herbalism and have slowly started to incorporate these into my work. I am currently studying a Psychology Diploma course (May 2023).
My Background
While I build up my practice, I currently work full-time. From Monday to Friday (however from 1st June 2023, I can now offer sessions on some Fridays) I am an Office Manager, Exec & HR Assistant for a charity in Amersham, but come from a background of working in TV Production.
I worked for 28 years as a Multiskilled Production Technician, Studio Manager and Lighting Director in both the TV and Higher Education industries. During my last job, working for Westminster University, I very much enjoyed managing their TV studios and tutoring and teaching students in a range of technical disciplines including: vision mixing, camera operation, lighting, sound, graphics and studio operations.

From 2024, I will be taking my practice full-time from my new base in Warminster, Wiltshire.
I felt myself 'called' to become a QHHT practitioner in November 2021.

My Other Interests
I have been an avid researcher of spiritual and metaphysical subjects since I was a child. I'm extremely passionate about alternative healing including using natural remedies. I'm also interested in ancient civilisations, lost history & technologies, and quantum physics, and can often be found with my head in a book. I previously qualified as a Reiki and Animal Reiki practitioner, but felt Reiki was not quite the right fit for me. My other interests include travel, novel and screenplay writing, videography, cooking and art & design. In 2020 I also gained certificates in Astrobiology and Archaeoastronomy. I have a certificate in Listening Skills from the Samaritans and a certificate in Treating Trauma & PTSD.
